Delivery Packages and Charges

There are two types of delivery packages: Flat Packs and Parcels.

Flat Packs are for items that are flat or can be folded. One package can hold maximum two items only. Currently Flat Packs are only available for deliveries within Malaysia and to the UK. Coverage to other countries will be expanded over time.

Parcels are for items that are not flat or cannot be folded. One package can hold maximum two items only. Parcels are available for both Domestic and International Deliveries (all countries).


It is recommended that you purchase at least two items so you can save on delivery costs instead of purchasing one item at a time.

All delivery charges are subject to change. While Axxessories makes sure that items are mailed out in good condition, the risks of damage/loss during delivery should be borne by the customer. Kindly note that requests for refunds and replacements will not be entertained.

Axxessories reserves the right of final decision in any dispute.

DELIVERY PACKAGES

A. Domestic Deliveries (within Malaysia)

a. Domestic Flat Packs

- Suitable for items that are flat or can be folded.

- Max. two items per package.

- Delivery time frame: five working days

- Delivery charges: RM15 (flat rate to all locations in Malaysia)

b. Domestic Parcels

- Suitable for items that are are not flat or cannot be folded.

- Max. two items per package.

- Delivery time frame: five working days

- Delivery charges: RM20 (flat rate to all locations in Malaysia)

B. International Deliveries (outside Malaysia)

a. International Flat Packs (currently to UK only, coverage to other countries will be expanded over time)

- Suitable for items that are flat or can be folded.

- Max. two items per package.

- Delivery time frame: seven working days

- Delivery charges: RM70 

b. International Parcels

- Max. two items per package.

- Delivery time frame: seven to 30 working days. Please refer here for exact delivery time frames.

- Delivery charges: RM50
